At first glance it suggests St Andrews proud 600 year tradition of Masturbation highlighted by this special notice. As such if there are six centuries of tradition with this you would have thought while they recently resurfaced the floor as they state, they would just gone for the semen proof option? Six hundred years have taught them nothing it seems. They need to lend a hand to their slow learners.
