Blue Sapphire Cosworth E174JJN, Doncaster 09/07/23

Crystal Blue Sapphire Cosworth reg E174JJN was stolen along with a white 2014 Transit Custom van & a Brian James trailer from a Hilton hotel in Doncaster in the early hours of Sunday 9th July 2023.

The car is Crystal blue & has clear front indicators & side repeaters & smoked rear light clusters. The Ford badge in the front grille is faded/white & the headlight wipers & front fog lights have been removed. The boot has been debadged & has a white surround on the boot lock. The rear bumper is black in colour.

The Transit is on Irish plates as the car had just been picked up by it's new owner & was heading to Ireland.

The car was stolen by 3 masked men who rammed the barrier of the hotel car park before stealing the Transit, Cosworth & the trailer it was sat on.

This is only going to get worse if the police don't see this as a true crime. Its no different from bank robbing.

The sad fact is that it will be broken for parts as its too hot to handle as a car.

Watch for those suspiciously good doors and wings on freeway.

Im friends with the guy who had bought this. The car was stolen by a gang of well known criminals in Doncaster who stay at certain sites that Police won't enter. 

The cossie and trailer were sold to 4 Asian men yesterday who took it towards London. The A4 towing the trailer was notified to police at various times and locations but they refused to do anything as the VRM of the A4 wasn't reported. 

The cossie was only a shell with no running gear as it was being bought for a restoration project. It will most likely be stripped now as its been made too hot for anything else. Devasted for my mate as he's a genuine nice guy.

Sadly after being at a show or meet where I cant see my car all the time, I do park up somewhere on route home and have a quick look under the car for these.

Shame there are scrotes out there who stoop this low
