Evri postal services

Bought something in the UK, seller has posted it via Evri. Paid the tax/import duty now there is an issue with delivery.

Has anyone used them before, and does anyone have a telephone number or an email address where we can actually speak to a person instead of an chatbox or an automated voice reply system??? 😡

Try this number, I have used it before but it can be hit and miss.

Normally they will only talk to the person who has shipped the item though.

I don't know if 0330 numbers work from abroad.

Seller has tried the 0330 number several times but he cannot get passed the automated reply/voice system. Parcel is now listed as being returned to the sender, but even if it does get there I have paid for the item, the postage, the tax / duty and still have silch.
