Most Rally Packs are faked but Im reasonably confident that is a genuine one. Made very late in 1978 not early as determined by the metal airfilter assembly as most '78 models have the plastic ones. Its almost completely untouched with its radiator shroud and plennum cover all still as factory. So is all the emission control tubing. Of course he is wrong about the factory rear spoiler. The only thing that seems not original is the Carello driving lights have been replaced with others but you can see it was factory fitted driving lights by the relay location and placement under the bonnet. Never had hubcaps like he claims and most hear will recognise the stealies. Oddly most Rally Packs came with factory Globe Vollante wheels. In a way yes they were and option but most dealers offered them with the Alloys as part of the model when they ordered them from Ford so alloy wheels were more the standard than an option. Its quite rare as such to see one not optioned with it in fact.

The timing belt would have been as frail and sand and they lost a few teeth while filming and why the timing when to crap while they were filming

Tinny and thongs 😁

Top quality  PPE, shiny tools all nice and boxed, jump leads that you could heat your house with, as long as you didn't breath the fumes! Working in a scrap yard, what could possibly go wrong? Right pair of Muppets.🤔🤣
