DEP Posted March 20, 2007 Report Posted March 20, 2007 For those of you who saw the car at the south west meet at the w/end, know the car was a bit smokey ,Anyway it needs a new turbo. So a perfect time to upgrade i think T38 on the way Capable of taking the power upto 450 bhp. Will have to get it on a roling road soon after to see what the final figure will be. I think somewhere amonst the vast amount of documents for the car, i think the car has anti lag thingy me jiggy Hopefully its only the turbo m8! Well its just had a full bottom end rebuild and the engine was completly stripped, so i dont think it can be anything else, but thank you for your concern mate

Even if somethings new / rebuilt doesn't make it ok! Just trying to help m8 before you throw loadsa money at a new turbo

T38 hey....on what an exhaust housing you going for? speak to Kevmk2 he might be able to throw more light on which turbo to go for But a nice Hybrid T38 will defintley liven things up.. Get an in-line oil filter for it as well mate
STUFORD Posted March 20, 2007 Report Posted March 20, 2007 As a rule, normaly white smoke is turbo blue is engine ! As the oil leaking out of turbo wont get burnt, will just get blown out exhaust. If its blue its engine as its being burnt befor it leaves the exhaut. But not always the case, just a gide!!
