  1. Well speaking personally, it's not only admin that enjoy sarcastic comments from me. I'm happy to reply sarcastically to anyone
  2. Count me in. I think!
  3. Sorry mate, I removed your "who was that I followed?" thread, we decided when the spotted room was closed that we'd stop any threads that gave undesirables any clues as to what cars were based where. I got that from Vista when I put up a post about following a ...... in a town called ........... Good idea I reckon, as I expect there were lots of undesirables descending on ......... to see if they could see the ......... that I saw the other day whilst driving my ...........
  4. Fitted one to my truck years ago. Totally transformed it. Loads more low down grunt, smoother idle and more lively. The sparks are awesome. In test mode you can get a constant spark. It jumps a huge gap and the noise the spark make is amazing
  5. Maybe. Might be taking it to Esher. If I do, then that'll be it delivered, as the guy who owns it lives over there. Its a surprise prezzy for his misssus!!
  6. Sorry mate, that was supposed to be a pm
  7. Nice one. Did you manage to square it so you win like we spoke about?
  8. What an interesting couple of days. Just finished putting this together: Some of you may remember me getting it last year in black. It's not mine by the way. I took it for an MOT and ended up getting this!:: It is a bit sad, plenty missing, but I reckon worth saving. The back end of it is pretty good. The front end not so. Not sure what to do now. Think the Capri is going to have to go. Got toooo many toys
  9. I'm not really sure what I want to do with it or even which car I might like to try it on! Just interested to see if anyone knew about it or had the missing parts.
  10. Not got the inlet manifold. Looks like it'll bolt up to one for twin 40s though. Have you got the fuel pump then?? If so, lets have a look
  11. Finally bothered to dig out the TJ fuel injection parts I have for a crossflow. Haven't looked at them for years as there are some bits missing, but with the wonders of the internet, now is a better time than ever to find stuff out and get spares So........ anyone running a similar set up or have any parts kicking around???
  12. There won't be any air at the bottom
  13. I went there for first time for the centenary celebrations last year (I think). I was really blown away by the place. Really nostalgic, but a bit fooked up too if that make sense. I had hassle though coz it was sooo bumpy. The E.R.A I was looking after played up loads. Recommend a trip there for any petrol/plane/war/history nut
  14. You first mate. Have you hot any pictures?
  15. Shock mount broken off the axle or the top?
  16. A what?? Isn't that some sort of yacht?
  17. Jerry can!!! Just fill up ya tank will ya!!!
  18. Assmosis - superb!!
  19. My first mk2 Tina had a 2.1 pinto. I rejetted the twin choke and went racing at north weald. I changed the carb whilst there for a DGAS. My times were ever so slightly slower with the DGAS. I did notice one big difference............. loads less MPG with the DGAS
  20. That looks super clean for that money. Well done!!
  21. Surely it must be a larger pinion with more teeth, otherwise it would be a slow rack
  22. Wow, that is impressive!! I'm amazed how far the Dagenham love has spread!!
