Is the club going to be at this show at all this year?

Like flogging a dead horse mate unfortunately. The NEC is without doubt the biggest show any of you will go to. It is a cracking day out, and although not cheap, I think is good value for what you get. You won't see a bigger selection of cool cars anywhere else, auto jumble, stalls, talks, restoration demos, you name it they have it. Get yourself to the show on either the Friday Saturday or Sunday and pop in and say hello to the lads showing their cars and flying flag for OldSkoolFord.

In this case, isn't there someone you know that is prepared to just hand you a certificate, not as if you are going to get caught out on the road or in an accident but at least yoy could then retain the plate? The rule is a stupid one.

Although not showing this year, looking forward to catching up with you guys on the Friday along with @Munch. Nothing quite like this show and just an all around top day out. The only struggle is fitting it all in to one day, pretty much impossible.

My mums Porsche was written off in an accident, and she has her plate from the car, is that because it was MOT'd at time of accident? Because once written off it was no longer road worthy, roof cut off and all sorts.

Always referred to cars as "she" and always will, for whatever reason I do not know? Maybe it's because I just don't like the idea of spending so much time inside a "he".

Although thinking about it, he has spent a lot on an old pink car, maybe he feels a bit nervous about re entering the banter run world that is OSF, bit like when popeye built that 3 wheeler, gotta be brave and proud to take the flack...😂

Struggling to understand how some still push against the £12 a year. Bottom line I suppose one-day the site will cease to exist if contributing stops. Would you rather the site be here or not? No one mises £1 a month, but if hundreds contribute that becomes hundreds of £'s a month, all needed for all the reasons already mentioned. No brainer, but some will just not buy in to it for some reason....🤷‍♂️

Was a pleasure, and the best mix of cars for a while, all shapes, sizes and colours. Great fun and top people, thoroughly enjoyed it this year and the stand was the best it has ever looked imo. Top effort lads....😎

Stand is set people, all different cars and all different colours, and the stand, seats and decor all lookong smart, hopefully doing OSF proud. If you do make it, pop in and say hello.

Oh well, can't force it. It was great fun while it lasted. Cheap skates...🙃

Even closer now ladies and gents. I wonder how many OSF peeps come to say hello? Judging by the amount of OSF ticket sales, I think our sandwiches will be safe...😋

Guys and girls. I know at a glance the cost seems a bit steep, but if you have a car full and compare it to a decent evening in your local pub or what it costs for a few hours at a footy match these days, it is a proper long day out and there isn't another show quite as big or quite like it indoors, especially as the weather maybe iffy. So get yourselves a ticket and get yourselves along and say hello. And any interested parties thst fancy their car on the stand, let us know when you say hello, as always nice to have a fresh motor or two to mix the stand up a bit. But get the code, AND BUY THOSE TICKETS.
