antz Posted July 1, 2007 Report Posted July 1, 2007 its not a ford but i know of a genuine mk1 astra GTE sat in a guys garden. looks well rough with 3 ft long grass and an mouldy old audi behind it. they do live there but the astra is pretty rotten.
FlashCadillac Posted July 2, 2007 Report Posted July 2, 2007 guy down the road from me has a '65 mustang in his drive that has sat there for about 10 years... never moved he's a very angry man so people have stopped asking him about it
S2 Dee Posted July 2, 2007 Report Posted July 2, 2007 Since buying Twinkles prefect my neighbour keeps asking if I will sell, came up with a silly amount and he said ok. Told him to go do some reasearch before he makes an offer on a car. He came back and told me his wife said no but he can have it once he sells some of his other cars. I also get people coming and asking if I will sell any of the others. What I hate is the ones that just walk into the garage and start poking around, no knock, or calling out. They get short shrift. If I see an old car in a garden or on a drive I just leave a polite note expressing my interest in buying if they wish to sell.
