Twinkle Posted June 26, 2007 Report Posted June 26, 2007 had the mg1300 version before my mk1, they had a cooper s engine in it, went really well, stiil got the engine sitting in my garage my first car was a morris 1300gt, fully restored it when i was 15 and had it for years until i decided to respray it again! stripped it down and prepped it all up. i was doing the work at my dads yard went down there a couple of days later to finish the prep and it had gone!! mum thought i was breaking it for spares and had been for a look round it and saw i had everything off the shell so when the skip man came she asked him to take it i went down the scrappy to see if i could get it back but unfortunatly where they had used the skip lorry they had put the chains throught the door openings and lifted it by the roof still wouldnt mind another one though
