keeping me mex in silver as its original and quite unusual - though would prefer sebring red (orange!) like my old RS2000. then the capri and granny will stay in black and white as i think it quite suits them.

 

while i think you have a bit of a responsability to not hack up a rare car too much at the end of the day its your car and it can be re-painted back to the original one day if your that bothered about it.

It doesn't bother me too much, my capri was Modena green from new and I liked it so I kept it that colour when I restored it. The Escort however was originally black and changed to Vista by a previous owner. I prefer Vista so original or not, I wouldn't change it back.
