Well, today I found, I saw, I purchased a MK1 Escort

Some may say, "You foolish man. Not another car"

Some may say, "Well done old sport"

Others will say "You fooking lucky wa**er"

I'll let you all decide, by telling me so.

Well the jist of the car is as follows :-

1969 Escort Super 1300

13,440 miles - And that is a genuine 13,000 miler.................No, not been round the clock stylee.

One owner from new, purchased from a deler called Hills, in Slough.

That owner is in his 70's and has to sell because his mother passed on and he is selling the house, and so, is losing the garage.

So she must have been a mighty fine age.

Here's one pic, just to keep you on the edge of your toes while I post the rest up in readers rides

Price £2750 no offers...............I believe there is a very upset Scotsman who was coming down tomorrow to buy it. If you're on here, then please accept my sincere apologies

Nessie................Hmmm. I'm gonna nail her back together and use her as a slag, because there's no way I can go on with my original plan of turning it into a BA race car. Funds have been wiped out in a single stroke.

You could call it "The O'Shea Street Crash":lol:

So Nessie will return as, amazingly, Nessie. But in it's original signal green
