4parajon Posted August 24, 2007 Report Posted August 24, 2007 I'm struggling I'm going up to 15" wheels on the capper and I'm not sure what to get. They need to be at least 7" wide Here are my choices Brookies (we all know what they look like) RFX's like on Pauls Capri or The 2nd one down http://www.imagewheels.co.uk/large_whee ... assic.html I really like the RFX's but there like hens teeth, anyone got any other idea's?? Just in case anyone is wondering why, Ive got a new axle with cossie rear brakes and billies for the front with the 280 Caprisport kit and they wont fit under 13" wheels
4parajon Posted August 24, 2007 Author Report Posted August 24, 2007 Thanks Jo, it is a nice wheel is'nt it.....very familiar style as well
Jimbob-Squarepants © Posted August 24, 2007 Report Posted August 24, 2007 Just my oppinion mate, but I think you should go with the RFX's
4parajon Posted August 24, 2007 Author Report Posted August 24, 2007 Just my oppinion mate, but I think you should go with the RFX's Well, Ive spoke to Revolution and at this time they have no intention of having dies made to re-produce the RFX rim. I do know someone (thanks CossyMax )with a set who is prepared to do a deal for a set of 5 spokes....but we'll see. My main point though of putting this post up was too see if I'd missed any other decent wheels off
Stu_B Posted August 24, 2007 Report Posted August 24, 2007 Usually found on VW's but I think these are some of the nicest wheels around http://www.wheelmachine2000.de/supplier ... 105shx.jpg http://www.westuning.de/shop/images/fotot.JPG http://www.tvnet.lv/auto/images/upload/BorbetA-L.jpg http://www.tunershop.de/felgen/images/a ... arz-gr.jpg
Jay_harrier Posted August 24, 2007 Report Posted August 24, 2007 RFX's for me, I'm sure I've seen some very similar by another manufacturer - I'll have a look through my favourites.
Admin Vista Posted August 24, 2007 Admin Report Posted August 24, 2007 I like Borbet A's they're only available in 16" though so you'd need some skinny rubber. They come in 7.5J and 9J x 16"

Jarrodm Posted August 24, 2007 Report Posted August 24, 2007 Always wanted to put Ronal Turbo's on my fiesta..... The ATS Cups looked great on my dads porsche powered caddy and the genuine ones are real quality so if you can find a cheap old set you'll be abe to clean em up good !
