i almost fell off my chair when i reached the GT-40............wheres this museam :D i allways go weak at the knees when i see the red one at the heritage motor museam :oops: ........let i see a modern one on a regular basis and it does nothing for me

Its in the New Forest nr Southampton - I'd love to go back there one day, even if it does mean breaching SO postcode territory (Not good for a Pompey boy :shock: )

nice pics mate, i go to the jumble every year always making sure i get in a bit early to go and look at that rothmans mk2, even after 10 years or so it dont get boring 8)

 

did u buy anything? i picked up a decent black capri dash for a fiver - bargain!!

Nice Pics, it's a great museum and well worth a trip, the Haynes museum at Sparkford is worth a look too, but not quite in the same league.

 

However.......................................

Come come let's not be hasty, tuneable, yes, powerful maybe, but best ever?? Think not, that honour would in my book have to go to something from Cosworth.
