About 100 miles and 2 hours away from saying goodbye in a part exchange, I see a transit infront of my stop dead, colliding with the car infront. Now my capri brakes aren't amazing by a long way but i had no chance. RIP Capri Apologies if anyone got stuck on the M11 around 12 midday yesterday (friday), apparently there was a 20 mile jam because of it! 2 ambulances, 3 police, 2 highway maintenance and 2 helicopters?! Luckily nobody was hurt which is the main thing, but it was hard to swallow.

Capri_Steve Posted October 6, 2007 Author Report Posted October 6, 2007 cheers for the comments guys, well fingers crossed i can strip the parts, it still ran when it got to the reclament lockup, and on all 4 cylinders and both carbs, so theres a few quid there, and the buckets and interiors keepable. Some clean panels, passenger door tailgate rear bumper all good still
