tim Posted November 25, 2007 Report Posted November 25, 2007 because there brighter, more choices.it was mostly an early car things and proprly down to personal choice if i had an early car then i would have square lights and a twin cam engine
Fiesta Steve Posted November 25, 2007 Report Posted November 25, 2007 The Alan Mann liveried cars look great with the square lamps
Guest MK1gaz Posted November 25, 2007 Report Posted November 25, 2007 square lamps look cool , useless for seeing in the dark though
Toby Posted November 25, 2007 Report Posted November 25, 2007 Personally prefer the pictures without DIGIPROOF written over them
sambo Posted November 25, 2007 Report Posted November 25, 2007 Hey, thats my old car!! I'm getting my car re-sprayed in February and i am ditching the round lamps ASAP!!! I MUCH prefer the square lamps. No contest!!
Mick The Cabbie Posted November 25, 2007 Report Posted November 25, 2007 My Twincams got square lights
escort21 Posted November 25, 2007 Report Posted November 25, 2007 Because its easy to get halogen round ones so you don't die when driving in the dark...simple
oliwally Posted November 25, 2007 Report Posted November 25, 2007 Personally round lights look soooo much better.
Gareth Posted November 25, 2007 Report Posted November 25, 2007 Doesn't make them handle any worse, and you get used to squinting in the dark
Rick Posted November 25, 2007 Report Posted November 25, 2007 round ones just look a little more aggressive i might even fit bad boy eyebrows.....
RETRO_AL Posted November 25, 2007 Report Posted November 25, 2007 Prefer rounds myself.plus you can fit golf lights which look the nuts imo
Gareth Posted November 25, 2007 Report Posted November 25, 2007 More practical yeah, after market 7" lights are easy to source. My m8 Dave runs Mini lights on his Mk1 I jus cant be fooked to change mine, plus it wouldn't look like a GT without the square lights.
young un Posted November 25, 2007 Report Posted November 25, 2007 if i had an early car then i would have square lights and a twin cam engine seconded!!!!!!!!
