orionmojo Posted January 31, 2008 Report Posted January 31, 2008 today a friend of my grandads was broken hearted. he's 77 has a 1947 foden flatbed... that he's had from NEW!. he was working on it and was reconning the engine. gypsies got into the yard where it was and robbed aload of steel... and copper... and his radiator. how's he gonna get another one? fookers. this scrap metal price war does have is downsides i spose, it literally is money for old rope.

Not the ones around here! I worked at one place & they broke into the place next door & proceded to break in & wreck the place, smashed the place up, sh*t everywhere & then got evicted. A set parked up on a school field last year Another set broke into a derelict farm & nicked all the slate tiles off the roof of one of the sheds. Another one turned up down the shipyard where my Mum works, eyed the place up & then tried to offer the owner a generator (Probably nicked) at which point he was told in no uncertain terms to "skidaddle off his property forthwith & don't come back"... well, he chose a more anglo saxon approach Another lot stole a load of coal we had for our local steam rally, in the middle of a small dell in the farmers field where the rally is held. Pikeys were spotted in the area snooping around at the time & removed it using a hiab lorry There are true gypsies & there are pikeys, true gypsies are fine & won't rob from you, pikey fookers will steal from their own Granny

I'm with you on this one, the old man has been stung twice over the 20 years or so they have lived in the house, # 'yes mister' this will be a motorway grade job sir' you are paying for a quality job you will get a quality job sir' And it was looked lovely, top job, well until you actually wanted to drive a car on it or the sun came out Every experience of pikeys i have ever come across has been bad, so my that my opinion, I do agree there is a difference between gypsies and pikeys though, but a thieving ,conning, robbing pikey I would'nt piss on if he was on fire, actaully I would point and laugh, as far as I'm concerned.
