Hi mates,

my wife and me want to visit the classic ford show this year but have now clue where to stay over the whole weekend. Since we have a longer trip from Germany to the UK we don't want to sleep in a tent

Is there any favorably bed and breakfast place you could recommend?

Sascha,

there´s only one place to stay at the Pod and that is the camping site at the Pod, otherwise you´ll miss all the fun. :D

There´s nothing wrong with driving over from Germany and sleeping in a tent

You won´t be the only Germans there either, from what part of Germany are you from?

@ all: Thanks for your reply.

Well, the main thing is that my wife does not really want to stay in a tent. One thing would be to leave her at home 8) on the other hand the tickets have been a birthday present from her so I think that she would be upset if she's not gonna join that trip

So maybe I'm gonna check out the Santa Pod website. Personally, I do not have a problem with sleeping in a tent but .... you know ... maybe I can push her in the right direction ... :D

@ Dave: I saw you FK's in the DRIVE magazine, nice job, dude! We're living next to the border to Luxembourg/Belgium, Region Bitburg (maybe know of its beer).

Again: Thanks to all!

One thing I've missed: Is there any problem with other car brands? My company car is a Opel/Vauxhall Astra. Since my OSF is under restoration currently I have to drive with that one :( . Not that I awake in the night and see it burning ...
