Lukey Posted September 14, 2008 Author Report Posted September 14, 2008 how long did it take from first contact to make the photo shoot happen? I met the Photographer about 6 weeks ago wehn he was down shooting my brothers american car, he took a few snaps and said he'd approach classic ford about a feature, they got back to him within a couple of weeks and it was just a case of arranging a time to meet. He wanted to do a lot more action shots but my electric fan was playing up so it kept dumping all the water out the rad!!! Cheers Sambo, yours is a bloody beast!!!
Lukey Posted September 14, 2008 Author Report Posted September 14, 2008 thats cool!!! i can only dream of owning a car good enough for a feature! I thought the same, just goes to show its ot all about chequebook motors anymore, mine owes me a shitload of time but only about £1800 including buying the car orignally!
Rick Posted September 14, 2008 Report Posted September 14, 2008 love that shot do you need a special camera to take pics like that
Lukey Posted September 14, 2008 Author Report Posted September 14, 2008 love that shot do you need a special camera to take pics like that He reckoned his gear was worth about 40 grand in total!!! That was taken with a 10 foot ally pole held on the roof by 3 suction cups, i was only moving about 3 mph but he was using a really slow 'shutter' speed. Really clever but very simple. The pole is later photoshopped out of the image.
