hi

i'm currently old skool ford less but have a had a few in the past

looking to buy one at the moment - had a few recent disappointments on ebay though - got sniped at the last second on a killer 100e, auction ended by the seller on a monster 105e and watched so many cars i'd love go for more than i can afford

pinning my hopes on a particular mk1 escort at the moment

only downside to that one is it's registered july 73 - just half a year away from the free road tax

wondering if there's any way to prove the vehicle was manufactured prior to january 1st 1973

had a quick look but not really sure what section i might ask such a question in

anyway - hi

not picked her up yet but i am now the owner of a mk1 escort

woo! i'm a real one of you now

noticed on lots of the insurers ads that there is a discount for being in an owners club - what recognised club can i join considering my escort started it's life as a 1300 automatic?

Many of the insurance companies like Adrian Flux, HIC, Performance Direct and some others do recognise Old Skool Ford so you could say you are a member on here

drove it back home from birmingham in the rain with a smile on my face

all performed fine - now the tinkering and the tidying begins
