I once left my wallet on my roof, drove home from my nans (120 miles) and some nice chap posted it to me. wihth money still in it!! There are some decent folk about :thumbsup:

I left my mobile phone on the roof and drove off :roll:

 

once left an open bottle of coke on the rear spoiler and reversed, coke went all over the place :roll::lol:

i had the rubber seal drop off the cap so when i sealed it the petrol was evaporating it took me ages to figure it out

not long ago i drove home from work with one of my new snap on screwdrivers on the rear spoiler of the fes :( i didn't realise untill i got home and it was still there :shock:8)

I left nowt behind, but I saw stevepeanut nearly drive off with a couple of cans of pop on the spoiler of his mk2 when leaving the yorkshire meet today. He stopped and everything.....

left my john deer cap in the isle of wight today :(

 

 

 

But then i saw this capri... it was a mk3 in white, with blue and grey 'teary bits'... i've seen it on here before i think. looked like a tickford with a cool paintjob 8)

No...... But i did once drive out of petrol station get oh about a 150 yards away and the scort starts to splutter then lose power then stopped :shock::shock: I thought oh Sh*t oh f*ck whats went wrong :shock: After pushing it into the side of the road and mad hunting around for the number for recovery company, i thought i'd give car another check over see if i could fire it up before calling the AA...... Turns out I'd forgot to flick on the fuel pump after leaving the petrol station :roll::lol::lol:

 

Started 1st time much to my mates amusement :oops::oops:

lol, oops!! summert that i would do if i had a fuel pump switch, i have an imobiliser switch and half the time i turn the key and go "what the fuoooohhhh yeah!!!" *click* :oops:

im a bit good at loosing petrol caps fpr the tina

 

im on number 5 now ( 5 lost)

 

just put them on the long boot and drive away

 

at the moment i have a duct tape and ptfe tape concuction that is still dripping fuel over my bumper

 

but i get a locking one wednesdaty which i hope i wont lose

 

but saying that it came with a locking ine but i managed to lose that

geoffersmasher - just do like I do, Take the cap off, leave the keys in the cap while you fill up, then you have to put it back on to get your keys back :wink:

why don't you nick jaguars idea?

 

 

they have a little magnet on the side of the 'petrol cap flap' so that you can put your petrol cap on there and don't lose it :wink:

 

could steal this idea if you can find a strong enough round magnet :lol:
