Mr Sam Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/ ... house.html bloody sodding country
Fast eddie Posted October 11, 2008 Report Posted October 11, 2008 and its twats like us thats paying for it!
Admin Vista Posted October 11, 2008 Admin Report Posted October 11, 2008 It's our grants / welfare system at fault rather than the family in question though.
bigglesmk2 Posted October 11, 2008 Report Posted October 11, 2008 Im am 1 of 7 children,i got 3 brother's and 3 sister's. All we had was 3 bedroom house, and my mum and dad worked hard to pay for it. Why should some lazy arse get such a big house and load's of benfit's. .She got kid's in their 20's for fook's sake, surley they should be working and earning by now
pauline Posted October 11, 2008 Report Posted October 11, 2008 I know I cant talk realy for I live in a 3 bed council place single mum have two kids and I am not working at the moment but want to go back to work full time but have no one to look after the kids when there ill on on school hols lost my last job because my daughter was ill all the time. I do work the weekends that the kids are with there dad. saw this on the news the other day and was p*** off for the fact that the older kids could go to work and dont. and why do they have to have 7 bedroom house cant they share rooms. A firend of mine is living in a 2 bed flat with her other half and four kids they all have to share.
Rick Posted October 11, 2008 Report Posted October 11, 2008 cant be arsed to read that article but wasnt some family with loadsa kids built a special house just for them as nothing on the council could accommodate their huge scrounging family on another note i can see why some people dont work because the benefit system will actually work out better for them than if they work. Anyone that works for min wage will have to pay taxes and all their bills rent etc etc and get no benfits and still end up with nothing the end of the month, so i could see why they choose not too. This country is fooked if you ask me cant see anyone fixing it
FredTransit Posted October 11, 2008 Report Posted October 11, 2008 I have never personally had a penny off the state. Always worked, and when I was still working for somebody else (aka proper job) I did at one point get given a job when I was on holiday from the first one, so technically I had two full time jobs. Now I just wonder how I am getting away with being paid for doing something I like so much!

FredTransit Posted October 11, 2008 Report Posted October 11, 2008 So I am being driven at speed down a country lane in Norfolk in a Rover P6 police car on full blues and twos, with an ex police driver at the wheel and I think to myself "one day I am gonna get found out just how much fun this is". What's not to like? I will shut up now cos you are right, they will tax fun!
ZetecVan 2.0 Posted October 11, 2008 Report Posted October 11, 2008 That's taking the piss. They weren't even born in this country!
