thomaswhiter Posted October 20, 2008 Report Posted October 20, 2008 This happened to me in last 10 days: Neighbour 'phoned me at 3am to say my trailer was being moved by four 'hoodies' - next thing my garden fence is removed and they are stripping my Escort, 'phoned police and pleased to say they did respond quickly, blocked in the thieves car (I live in a Cul-de-Sac), so I'm very very lucky, Police have their car , prints all over my van, escort, bits they intended to steal but 10 days later Police have dropped the case through lack of evidence !!! - Be aware these bastards targeted my car at the Brighton Speed Trials on 13.9.08 - don't need to tell you all the thieves are of Pikey origin. My chain saw is sharpened and ready to remove hands and any other extremeties The thieves car is a Mitsubishi crewcab 2 tone Green and Silver - Reg Nbr S 57 BAN - if you see this vehicle cruising round your way call the Police as I am told by the Police they will probably have to let the owner have it back. MITSUBISHI REG: S 57 BAN
Admin Vista Posted October 20, 2008 Admin Report Posted October 20, 2008 Lack of evidence? How does that work then?
thomaswhiter Posted October 20, 2008 Author Report Posted October 20, 2008 If anyone can explain to me when Police have the thieves car which I believe has been used in similar thefts together with fingerprints /clothing and other means the Forensic officer said they could use to identify/catch the thieves they then drop the case through lack of evidence is a total bloody mystery to me..... could it be as thieves are Pikeys this could have something to do with it - I'm told the owner of this Mitsubishi 'phoned the Police about 3 hours after trying to steal my Escort to say his Mitsubishi had been stolen but he had only owned the vehicle for 2 days and he wasn't on the log book.... WHAT A HUGE SURPRISE THAT IS, and now they're going to let him have his Mitsubishi back !!! I know it's a cliche but the honest hardworking motorist is a very easy target and does not resist when Mr Plod stops him for doing 31 in a 30mph zone.... whereas Mr Pikey has no address , is always called Smith and might thump Mr Plod..... nuff said!!!
escortmad79 Posted October 20, 2008 Report Posted October 20, 2008 Bunch of c***s! Pissed off with the so called police service siding with the criminal all the time & making the victim feel like they are in the wrong! Guaranteed that it's due to the amount of paperwork they have to fill in each time they respond to a call/arrest someone! If I were you my first port of call would be here: http://www.ipcc.gov.uk/
thomaswhiter Posted October 20, 2008 Author Report Posted October 20, 2008 An update as the Police won't do anything about these thieving bastards, I understand one of the thieves is from Woldingham in Surrey and there is a field with a barn nearby that has a large number of Escort parts in it maybe even cars.... the info is sketchy but considering what happened to me 10 days ago and all the thefts of Escorts in approx 10 mile radius recently I urge you to be vigilant - so if you're in Croydon / Hamsey Green/ Warlingham / Woldingham / Caterham / Redhill/ E.Grinstead and all the villages in surrounding area the vehicle used when they 'visited' me was a MITSUBISHI CREW CAB REG NBR : - S 57 BAN - TWO TONE GREEN AND SILVER - I've had to spend a fortune out of hard earned money on additional security - next time I won't wait for Mr Plod - I'll get at least one of these bastards - then a well earned break at her Majestys Hotel !! it will be worth it.
X-pack-Glyn Posted October 20, 2008 Report Posted October 20, 2008 Please dont use the word "pikey", as its now considered racist. what a fooking joke this country has become.
escortmad79 Posted October 21, 2008 Report Posted October 21, 2008 OSF vigilante group visit to that barn?
escortmad79 Posted October 21, 2008 Report Posted October 21, 2008 The black RS2000 which was stolen from East Grinstead was towed away by what was reported to be a green & silver Mitsubishi L200, chances are it maybe the same vehicle
thomaswhiter Posted October 21, 2008 Author Report Posted October 21, 2008 Yes I saw the desription the person from E.Grinstead gave of the thieves vehicle , don't you think Mr Plod could put 2&2 together or is it asking to much - I just give up - I don't think they are that interested, make all the right noises to begin with then more important things to do like speeding and parking on yellow lines - has anyone seen the report of Mr Plod sending a guy to prison who posted bike ride @ 130mph on YouTube - now that's real detective work..... PC Plod winning more friends - as I said b4 this guy did nobody any harm... but he has a fixed address - bet if it had been a Pikey no action would have been taken. If anyone has a clue where this shithead Pikey bastard lives in Woldingham or any clue as to the whereabouts of the barn that is said to have Escort parts in it I would REALLY like to know - I'd love to pay him a visit at 3am as he and his friends did to me
vibrating_Cake Posted October 22, 2008 Report Posted October 22, 2008 these people are getting brave!!! send you're neghbours a box of chocolates for that!!!! i wish i had neighbours like that!!! this way they will look out for you're car in the future and because they have saved you a helluva lot of money!!!! what area is this in (sorry)

thomaswhiter Posted October 23, 2008 Author Report Posted October 23, 2008 It's just a thought but if the Police were seriously interested in catching these thieves and there does seems to be a pattern emerging round my way, why not buy a MK1/MK2 Escort for 7/8 grand , use it as a decoy car with tracker devices planted all over it... how long d'you think it would have to be parked up on the pavement before Mr Pikey arrives - then when the case is over (and they've got 10 hours community service) sell the Escort with tracker and no loss to Police budget or public funds and we can see the bastards faces as they leave court and have a very good idea where the thieves live..... Is this just to simple for plod to grasp or is speeding and parking a better and far less risky revenue generator ???
Rick Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 you guys need to keep in touch with the newpapers round there get some publicity someone must see these cars
richie_stix Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 yep, defo get the press on your side... get as much media attention as possible! people love to read bungling police stories... and it's amazing how quick the police will get into gear when faced with MORE bad rep (cos they already have that!)
e501 Posted October 26, 2008 Report Posted October 26, 2008 police not really interested in catching car thieves unless they happen to speed while making their getaway.
thomaswhiter Posted October 28, 2008 Author Report Posted October 28, 2008 As the Police will be taking no further action on the attempted theft of my Escort and parts I've checked today 28.10.2008 with the recovery company who took the thieves Mitsubishi crewcab L200 away after they were blocked in and YES the Police have let the thieving Pikey bastard have the car..... certainly the same vehicle used to steal the RS2000 from East Grinstead. If you see this vehicle and its occupant(s) having a close look at your OSF just remember they are thieves and it's a Green/Silver Mitsubishi L200 crewcab - ReNbr: S 57 BAN Driven by a blond haired 'Gentleman' with goaty beard suggest you bother the life out of Mr Plod and remind Plod of what happened to me and fact they (Mr Plod) has already seized this vehicle once and the owner of the RS2000 has it on CCTV taking (stealing) his OSF. Try and take Plods mind off dishing out speeding tickets and parking on yellow lines and get them to do a bit of what we all pay them for - protecting the public and their property
Rick Posted October 28, 2008 Report Posted October 28, 2008 the owner of the RS2000 has it on CCTV taking (stealing) his OSF. is that not classed as evidence these days
thomaswhiter Posted October 28, 2008 Author Report Posted October 28, 2008 I have spoken to the owner of the RS2000 that was stolen from East Grinstead and he told me that Mr Plod arrived to collect the CCTV footage. Plod was offered a cup of tea and then left...... leaving behind the CCTV footage behind !!!! - Problem is it involves using a bit of brain power and detective work, which most of the time is on a plate for them, afraid to say that in their eyes our cars are just a collection of 'old bangers' and it really isn't worth Plods time and effort to pursue - no Browny points, no revenue generated.. just another statistic they would rather not have . In my case they had thieves car / clothing / finger prints etc..... No action taken... case closed.
escortmad79 Posted October 28, 2008 Report Posted October 28, 2008 The majority of plod are a complete waste of time! This country is fooked up beyond belief & the justice system is a joke!
thomaswhiter Posted October 28, 2008 Author Report Posted October 28, 2008 Incase anyone was wondering what I nearly lost I've put some footage on YouTube...... just type 'thomaswhiter' into search box and my beloved little green rocket is flat chat ..... you can have the wife or my house , just don't touch my car !!!!!!

thomaswhiter Posted October 30, 2008 Author Report Posted October 30, 2008 I appreciate any additional information anyone can post about this thieveing f...wit , but if you're privvy to this sort of info can you post an address of the owner/'photo - ??? - bearing in mind the shite did 'phone plod to say his Mitsubishi had been stolen about 3 hours after his car was towed away from where I live by Dorking Autos, saying he'd only just bought the vehicle abd wasn't on the log book.... isn't that illegal, what about being insured, taxed, MOT'd - etc... **** EDITED BY ADMIN AS COMMENTS UNSUITABLE ****
Fishtailparka Posted October 31, 2008 Report Posted October 31, 2008 S57BAN is NOT on the Motor Insurance Database today ie. Not insured It is taxed though
nelly231 Posted November 2, 2008 Report Posted November 2, 2008 just out of interest, how do you know it was targeted at brighton speed trials?
