Bad part was it pretty much fell apart.

woaahh thats mad to see that again!!!

 

i rememeber going on the cruise's in that when you slammed it and the exhaust hit the floor on every bump...lol

My first car was a silver Mini Ritz. Only had it a couple of years as it ended up in the back of an Audi

Mine was a 2.0 mk3 cortina 1972 and it cost £147 to insure it for a year and i was only 17...

i can't find a pic of my first car but i did a quick mock up with photoshop (sorry it's a bit rough but so was the car!)

a 1256cc HC vauxhall viva. i can't believe i thought i was cool in that car, even my mates would rather catch the bus than be seen in it

was my grandads, 957cc pop plus i eventually painted matt black with 1/4 bumpers, rally giants and graphite pepper pots oh and a ghia brwon and cream velour interior got when i was 14 and was all motd for my test at 17

my first ever car was a mk1 cortina 15gt estate in goodwood

green, it was in 1979 + i paid £50 for it + it was mint!! still have

the receipt for it but no pics as camera's wern't invented then

FKT was my dads car from 68 -81 and my car from 81-89 ,i never got it on the road the chassis was very rotten so i bought the OGC for £225

 

 

The car is still me with today but hasnt been on the road since 1990

Restoration starts 2009

 

 

 

 

I was also given(with my brother ) this Granada but it never made it on the road after a van hit the side of it where it was parked after a police chase went through my dads garden wall

It was an imported from Germany Mk1 3.0 GL ,it had a fantastic engine and was sold as scrap for its engine

Thats not me with it but this is my old beetle

It was my great aunties since new till i did this to it, slammed 6 inches all round, fitted a 1700cc engine with twin choke weber, cav sri recaros, big bass, pre 67 panels, american spec lights, finished in peppermint green, i loved this bug, it used to shoot flames out the exhaust on over run which i could time in an uncle buck stylee, good times

I had a mini turbo years ago and i still reckon it was possibly the fastest and most dangerous car iv ever had, well it did have drums all round but my god did it shift, the bleed tap used to be undone so much that i kept it in my pocket

my dads mate has a mini with a metro turbo. its been a long term project for many years but he has lost interest

got my first car when i was 14 and restored it. morris 1100! eventually ended up as a 1300gt with metro turbo and vanden plas full leather and walnut interior on white wellers slammed on tis arse ok, so i let the hydragas suspension down

Metro, right lash up it was, the bulkhead was cut so the turbo was in front of you while driving it, sounded like nothing iv ever heard and it never lost a race, dont know for the life of me how it never blew up, it had little 10 inch wellers which wouldnt stop spinning in any gear, great car!!

Yeah putting 160bhp through 12" wheels was entertaining,

My mate had a Focus RS at the same time as I had the mini, on and on he'd whinge about torque steer,

so i took him out in the Mini, all of a sudden he stopped complaining about the Focus
