mk1super Posted December 17, 2008 Report Posted December 17, 2008 Why is it they seem to stick to everything but over your cuts? Discuss - Oh and i highly recomend Steroplast
countrybumpkin Posted December 17, 2008 Report Posted December 17, 2008 plasters are crap there not robust enough, much better to use blue roll and electrical tape or superglue
pauline Posted December 17, 2008 Report Posted December 17, 2008 i cant use plasters at all tend to use kitchen roll and elec tape
5hane Posted December 17, 2008 Report Posted December 17, 2008 hate plasters, all they do is make the cut/ wound all pussy and 'jucy' ild rather just leave it to bleed/ do what its suppost to do and let it get some air
Messenjah Posted December 17, 2008 Report Posted December 17, 2008 hate plasters, all they do is make the cut/ wound all pussy and 'jucy' ild rather just leave it to bleed/ do what its suppost to do and let it get some air depends how bad it is ... generally if its deep enough that i should really got get it stitched ill put a plaster on to hold it together rather then stop it bleeding lol
Takeshi Posted December 17, 2008 Report Posted December 17, 2008 Black electrical tape You can wrap it tighter to stop the bleeding easier than a plaster.
trevb Posted December 18, 2008 Report Posted December 18, 2008 They only ever seem to stay stuck for about an hour, then a corner always starts to peel off! then you have to pull the rest off and it only seems to stick to the hairs on whatever it was covering! or is it just like that for me!
Copey Posted December 18, 2008 Report Posted December 18, 2008 i just dont bother with them, they never stick just wait for any cuts to eventually stop bleeding
bortaf Posted December 18, 2008 Report Posted December 18, 2008 PAH you need rizlas and insulating tape THE only garage supply needed for emergencys like cuts, for the deeper stuff there's gaffa tape
FredTransit Posted December 18, 2008 Report Posted December 18, 2008 plasters are crap there not robust enough, much better to use blue roll and electrical tape or superglue Yep, superglue is the stuff! As used in the Falklands war, and more recently when I had some surgery to my lip (don't ask) superglue was used to close the wounds (and stitches inside) as it doesn't leave scars.
Stu_B Posted December 18, 2008 Report Posted December 18, 2008 I had my ear glued together after ripping a ring from the top of it
caprinerd Posted December 18, 2008 Report Posted December 18, 2008 p**s of it and stick it in saw dust/cement/plaster it stops the flow or just wrap bog paper and insulation tape round it
