I renewed my subs manually after changing my credit card company resulting in my yearly subs being refused by the old credit card people, although all subs have been paid i'm not showing purple anymore ? I only realized a couple of weeks after my renewal date nt sure if that makes the difference or not. In my eyes the small amount each week is well worth it and can't understand while no one wouldn't do the same
