Don't get me wrong, she has done a fantastic job of publicising this terrible illness that is cervical cancer and I cannot imagine how she feels to know that she will never see her children grow up And for getting all that money in from the mags and tv so that her boys will have a financially secure future I say "good on her" but .... I think she needs to be a little more dignified now for the sake of her children and spend her last days in privacy with her kids and not on the front of every tabloid and on the tv news and being interviewed by Piers Morgan etc .... I know this will be a controversial topic and I may regret starting it but is she too much in our faces now?

sab6024 Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 I agree with you Jo, she has done a wonderful job of making Cervical Cancer more aware to people, but I am getting bored of hearing and seeing it everyday now I work with Cancer sufferers everyday and most of them never complain about pain and don't like to make a "fuss" they just wanna enjoy what little time they have left with a bit of help if they need it. They don't advertise they have Cancer and in some cases believe it or not we're not even made aware of their illness until they start to deteriorate I think now is the time that Jade took time to enjoy what time she has left, with her new husband and her boys, but behind closed doors
OldskoolSue Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 I agree too i think shes milking it so much now and maybe people with think im being harsh but how i see it is shes not the first young women with children ever to have cancer and lost the battle,unyet she has all this money thrown at her so that people can watch her die..no one else gets paid for dying no one elses kids will be *seen alright* just annoys me that its like shes the only one to of ever had it..and im wondering if shes actually donating money to cancer research?

Otherwise he will be getting away with a custidial sentence, by playing the cancer card. He has beaten up two people, been convicted of both accounts of assault, but you can see the whole 'Jade' media circus playing him out to be some sort of victim. Never mind the people who he beat up and threatened. I am sick of hearing about Jade and her family, never heard a peep out of Wendy Richards... That's is the sign of a real lady...

What really pisses me off is people are dying of cancer all over the country, little kids with lukemia for fook sake, and she gets the lime-light! but what will reall really piss me off is in death she will become a national King hero, for what, being a rude, loud mouthed biggot who died of cancer? only good thing that may come of this is the daily mail may stop printing diana headlines for at least one day!

I can see the papers now, as far as I am concernerd there are soldiers dying for this country in Afghanistan and Irag, they die in a roadside bomb and get a small mention on the news and that is it. They are the real heroes that people should admire in this country

My late Gran had cancer for over 25 years and the whole family saw her die a terrible, long, agonising death. Not nice.. I think this, and previous, governments should pump millions into a cure and research for this, instead of giving big payouts to banking bossess!! Sorry everyone, must get off my soap box now.

There are people dying everyday from the same thing, some much younger than her. Thats life, get on with it.

mk2harrier Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 i agree with all the comments on this thread, she should be spending time with the family and its great that she is gettin all this money for the future of her children. the thing you have to look at is, will the tabloids stop harrassing her for shots to put on the front page if she asked them too? i doubt it very much, so she may as well get what money she can squeeze out of the blood sucking bas*%$ds for the betterment of her children.

As for raising money for her kids by publicising her demise, what's happened to all the cash she's raised as a "Celebrity". And on the subject of celebrity......I hate the fact that this country saw fit to make a celebrity out of someone who was undeniably a complete ***king numpty, in the first place. If there was any doubt about how stupid she is, she ignored multiple warnings from doctors to get treatment, follwoing abnormal smear tests..........Instead she went to appear in Indian TV. And there's plenty of other newsworthy events and real heroes that should be covered instead of her.......... Shame on us as a country.
