Ryan air just flew me from Newcastle to Dublin and back for £10 each way, bloody cheap as hell, so I wouldnt complain at all for an extra £1 to take a piss

Are you travelling at 2am on Ferbruary 29th, with no luggage, checking in online and paying with a debit card from the bank of Unobtainium or something?

Ryan air are no use to me, every time I've considered them the only destination they fly to from an airport near me is Stansted, why would I want to go there?? By the time I've paid taxes on that and the 2nd flight to where I do actually want to go they never work out as competative.

10 of us went from Newc to Dublin for my brothers stag weekend. Flew out 8am fri and flew back 9pm sunday. Took a few clothes each in hand luggage, and all 10 of us got £10 flights each way. Came to around £30 all in with taxes. So worked out ace for us.

Yes I think making people pay for the toilets is taking the piss. If a few people wee in the plane I think they might think twice! How does this save the airline any money? If only one person, including the crew, surely they have to empty them anyway?

The head of Irish budget airline Ryanair Tuesday defended his plan to charge passengers to use on-board toilets, saying it would lead to "less passenger inconvenience" during flights
