What to buy Escort MK1 or MK2?

I've been offerd a 1970 Red MK1 Escort 1.1. The car needs little TLC, but has some nice parts.

 

Mexico interiour (incl. 6 dails), Mexico front wings, Mexico badges, Mexico 6,5" steel wheels, RS2000 engine complete with unleaded cilinderhead, RS2000 brakes with ventilated discs, brake disc's at the rear, turret shocks at the rear, RS quarters etc.

I'm thinking of selling my MK2 1.6 sport (in mexico-look) this has also some nice parts on it: RS2000 interiour (complete incl. dails), RS2000 engine (+- 150bhp), RS rear axle, RS brakes, 5 speed gearbox, quarter front bumper.

What to do, keep my MK2 or sell it and buy the MK1? Please give me some good advice... I've always wanted a MK1 Escort.

If you've always wanted one get it - I would stay with MK2 but I'm not keen on the MK1 look as opposed to the Mk2

Mk2's are ok but I've always had a huge preferance to Mk1's

I've bought the MK1, and think I'm going to sell the MK2

 

So now it's time to search for some parts
