bigglesmk2 Posted December 14, 2009 Report Posted December 14, 2009 If you buy something off ebay and the seller says the brakes work and the tyres are good, you'd expect nothing less Nearly 6 hour round trip for nowt FFS

FredTransit Posted December 15, 2009 Report Posted December 15, 2009 Sometimes I wonder (with the replies on here) if the sellers rely on people coming a long way and not wanting to leave empty handed.....

sambo Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 my dad went to view a cortina on ebay a while ago. The description said it was a runner and was good for the 50 mile trip home in it. when he got there the head gasket was obviously gone and was not going anywhere. my dad politly refused the car but the guy accused dad of being a messer and threatened bad feedback etc. whats wrong with some people eh!??
Andrade Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 and threatened bad feedback etc. Is threatening to give bad feedback the modern alternative to scaring people with going to hell?
sambo Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 and threatened bad feedback etc. Is threatening to give bad feedback the modern alternative to scaring people with going to hell? Well, no but the principle is really bloody annoying. When he was obviously in the wrong.
