bortaf Posted March 8, 2010 Report Posted March 8, 2010 He spent most of his sentance in a secure mental unit in hospital grounds, nice and comfy, TV and video, cable, they even went out and got ya take away if you wanted, i know cos me mate was in the same unit as those 2 and another was security there, so much for punishment, probably why he's offended again cos he aint scared of the life he'll have inside

But sometimes things just get our backs up and we have a need for our evil streak to have a word. Luckily we do have a "justice" system and not lynch mobs who kill first and ask questions later. I do believe though that there should be stiffer sentences for crimes against the person.

I don't think he does... Will he re-offend? ......Very probably. Lock him back up until he is aged at least 60, hopefully by then, he will be too old and frail to even think about re-offending. All at the tax payers expense of course.......

How can we prevent it in the future? It makes me sad and angry every time I see a defenceless kid hurt like this. But how can we stop it? It's obvious that the people who do this sort of thing aint right in the head, so what can be done? I honestly don't think we can ever stop it BTW it's a good job we have the swear filter

If this second case is proved to be true (and the current allegations look as bad as the first), surely now he deserves to die! This is not a child that has made a mistake, this is evil......
