Posted June 9, 2014 Report Posted June 9, 2014 For your interest.....2.6 piston No4 ,out of my boosted, carb't 2.3 V6 Cologne block..No 1 & 6 had broken top rings.Did manage to drive the Capri 130 mile back to home without a stumble....just some smoke....Happened on full boost 8psi 5th gear 5500+rpm on a 16% uphill slope.A/F was good. IAT probably not.. Ohh man it really was fast...........it was...... Running a 2.6 crank & piston setup in my '80 2.3 block 1
