To drive at speed in bad conditions with no seatbelt, well it just goes to show that there is no justice, how many accidents have I been to where Mr/Mrs Joe Public has done everything right only to be killed/seriously injured by someone like him, if only we had the power to rip his driving licence up in front of him at the side of the road, its the only thing monkey boys like him understand Rant over
