What do people think to consul's, zephyr's and zodiac's?

I hardly ever see any on here an never see them at classic ford shows,

only see them at local shows with older typed people and was

just wondering what people think of them...

 

are they as excepted as other osf's on here?

Not many about now and to be fair they are normally associated with the more hot Rod side of things, but deffo Oldskoolfords

We used to have a mk1 zephyr. And as like most, that had the 302 treatment

I think the reason we dont have many is as Phil said, there older so prob not as many left,

 

Plus another theory, I may be wrong, but I think the average age of the Zephyrs etc would probably be slightly older than the average something on here,

 

Might actually still have a social life rather than being glued to a computer :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

there's a couple around by me real crackers to.I no the one owner paid about 7k for it and just leaves it outside his house on a main road in all weathers.zephers that is.I'll take a pick if i remember when i pass it next.the other is locked away in a garage has a slight bump in the rear but still a lovely car.

theres one i go past in st albans which looks like a daily as well - sat on a set of chrome Craigers

where i use to work there was a mk2 consul next to our workshop, it was pritty ratty looking but solid as it gets (2 holes in the floor)

 

always use to look at it thinking how it would look jacked 2/3 foot in the air with some appliance steels under the back with some hench slicks
