Mrs O/H/C Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 And your point is .................................
Jiffer Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 who pays for this? with all the cut backs and job losses going on where is the money for all this coming? I not knocking people for there religion ( not for me at all) but I would rather have a nurse of a policeman then a memory of some ones visit.
yalnif09 Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 who pays for this? The tax payers, all £15 MILLION of it!! He owns the wealthiest church and we have to pay for him to sit in a leather arm chair from DFS on the back of a car with a green house attached. I don't get it.
EscortHeadCase Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 Stephen Fry and 50 others signed and sent a letter to the guardian outlining why then didnt think that the Pope should have a state visit here. Then the Daily Mail heard about it and heres what happened. . . http://www.stephenfry.com/2010/09/16/dailymailhate/
flord escort Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 the pope was on the loosing team ww2 nuf said
Trevmk3 Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 Nice Mike couldnt give a crap about him being here
dacar Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 Would you believe they closed about 3 miles of the northbound motorway in Glasgow to park fecking buses!!!! WTF?
BIG G Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 Him and his paedo mates aren't welcome near my daughter
FredTransit Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 I don't want to see him! Most of all I don't want to pay for his security whilst he's here. He's not a politician or dignitary, so why is this a state visit? The Vatican is the richest country in Europe, so why do we need to pay for a visit from the King of the Paedophiles?
D4N Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 12million pounds of tax payers money for him over here for 4 days. Money well spent
walsh253 Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 They should charge the people who want to see him £50 a ticket then we wouldnt have to pay for it!!
banarama Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 sooner he fooks of the better. ps he has the same name as me
monkey chops Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 what a waste of money rekon he should jog on back home
livewire7116 Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 supposed to be a 4 day visit and cost is estimated upto £12 million, how on earth does it cost that much? cant say its security cos he has his own from the vatican, the churches are the richest people in the world, no wonder really when everbody else picks up the bill for them!!
Mr Sam Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 piss take tbh, if he wants a holiday over here make him pay!!!!! at the same time its a good reminder islam is not the only religion in the world and that this was once a christian country still im a firm believer in NO GODS NO MASTERS and adults with imaginery friends in the sky

killerkerry89 Posted September 16, 2010 Report Posted September 16, 2010 i'd sooner give 12 million taxpayer pounds to whoever it was that modified the road sign. i wont start on why religion is utter crap, i doubt OSF has enough bandwidth.
Grizzley Dell Posted September 17, 2010 Report Posted September 17, 2010 yep it really "grinds my gears"
sambo Posted September 17, 2010 Report Posted September 17, 2010 piss take tbh, if he wants a holiday over here make him pay!!!!! at the same time its a good reminder islam is not the only religion in the world and that this was once a christian country still im a firm believer in NO GODS NO MASTERS and adults with imaginery friends in the sky very good point there mate. Whilst i personally do not believe in religion etc, i still think that its a good thing from the perspective that its is a reminder that we are a NON-ISLAM country. Its just a shame that it costs as much as it is, co it simply isnt worth it. That 12m quid could have been put towards hospitals.
