2300E Posted October 2, 2010 Author Report Posted October 2, 2010 i had the police arrive again yesterday with the finger print bods to see if they could get anything off the empty fuel can, but no go. apparently getting prints off plastic is a nightmare. they said that torching of parked cars seems to be the latest craze. i dont know if she meant classic cars or just cars in general. so be carefull where you park your pride and joy. a neighbour approached me last night and told me she looked out of her window and saw the local simple kid and his mates walking out from the alley, the next time she looked out just minutes later she see the black smoke and the fire engine. lets she how far the police follow that one up, ill keep you all posted. once again thankyou all for your support, simon

Why anybody would do this is beyond me and really makes me question what is becoming of society today. When an honest hardworking person cannot leave a much prized personal possesion somewhere relatively safe without coming back to it looking like its been on a barbeque then it just goes to show we have reached the point of no return... If I found the little f*£$ers who did this most dis-respectful of things I'd lock them in a car, throw on a gallon of unleaded, strike a match, throw that on and then turn and walk away...!!! All this can serve to be is a shocking 'wake up call' to all of us to show that nothing is safe, at any time, no matter where you leave it... Rule Britannia and all that...!!!

They’re not just destroying someone’s car they’re also destroying all the time, effort and love put into the build. I only hope that once they become old enough to be able to drive that their little pride and joy gets burnt out too so that they can experience the feelings you’re going through!
