Im after some pics of mk1 escort 4dr's. Standard/ modified i dont mind.

 

Im trying to decide wether i want to pull my 4dr apart and rebuild it or just sell it on and try and find a 2dr.

 

So id like some pics of 4dr's to try and make my mind up on what to do

i dont know why more 4 dorrs arnt done up as there a dam site cheaper than a two door anyway this is my other halfs car. not done much but its legal and drivable so just collecting parts and enthusasm to get it done

Not usually to keen on mk1 4dr but that looks the dangles nice stance

Shees not a bad car, handles amazingly, best handeling car ive owned.

 

Ive done 2 rear arches on it i want to do 2 new wings, 2 floor pans, sills, strut top, possibly rear panel?

 

Was debating changing the colour but ive decided not to as its a bit different, it will get a full hit of paint, engine bay, door shuts, dash.

Underneath will be done aswell.

putting my neck out but i personally think 4 doors look better than 2 im only a lil biased

Was never sure on 4 door mk1's, not sure if it was something about the rear door shape or what, but they never looked "right" Whereas mk2 4-doors kinda suited that boxier shape

 

Although, now looking at these, i'd say if its low, with some shiney wheels and a bright colour, seems to look a hell of alot better
