The manoeuvres have proved costly for the 83 year old Bristol resident, as he has now been found guilty of dangerous driving and been handed a bill of almost £2,000 in fines, costs and compensation. He has also been banned from driving for 12 months.

Obviously f**ked off with all the parents parking there while they go and pick up their kids form the school opposite.

On saturdays there's an open market next to our house. First thing in the morning we park one of our own cars infront of the garage if we plan to go out otherwise someone will park it there. Once we got the police to tow a car away since the owner wasn't back after a whole hour of waiting, serves the person right for not reading the no parking signs on the door perhaps this guy should have done the same

I'm with the pensioner all the way and think it's pretty disappointing that the judge sought to punish him rather than the true person at fault, the lazy twat who couldn't walk a little bit further with his little darlings

What would I do? Dunno, I don't think I'd want to damage my car by reversing into his but I sure as hell wouldn't stand around waiting for them to come back.

I have to say that it would majorly piss me off too that some inconsiderate fooker parked in front of my garage and I can sympathise with him ... unfortunately, we are not allowed to do what he did and so he should have had his wrist slapped but not as much as he did

 

Perhaps he needs to put a DO NOT PARK sign on his garage door in big fook off writing for next time

 

Someone once parked in my parking space at work (someone from another company) and so I blocked him in and he was stuck there until I left work at 5.30 He never said a word and he never did it again either

im with the old boy except i would have smashed the window and let the handbrake off, wouldnt want to scratch my car. i think its disgusting the way he was treated by the courts. ive done similar outside my house, we get lots of people parking because thier to tight to pay a couple of squid to park in the carpark. dont mind untill they park across my drive, then i move them onto the double yellows and call the wardens. you should see the suprise when they come back and find thier car 10 feet down the road with parking tickets.

 

oh yeah i use a slim jim set so no damage, i also lock them after which puzzles them even more

i'm with him until about 56 seconds when he tries torun someone over. Of course I don't know what he was doing or saying, but I guess that part was the problem.

I had a problem with some years ago with someone parking outside my garage which was at the back of the house, after letting two of his tyres down on a regular basis he parked somewhere else!

Ummmm actually that was kind of different. I did sympathise with that farmer until I looked into the facts of the case.

 

He didn't shoot them while they were doing over his house, he shot them (and killed one) while they were running away. Which means his motives have changed. It is no longer fear for his safety and therefore self defence (in which case I say shoot the twats where they stand) but in fact is now simple revenge. Not so justifiable in my opinion.

Totaly justifiable in my opinion,any one who breaks into another persons property deserves whatever they get.If that involves being shot in the back then tough luck on them .

i think rage had taken over for the farmer as they had done him over numerous times in recent past, he just lost it as any of us would.
