Anglia68 Posted January 15, 2007 Report Posted January 15, 2007 Just watched this vid of Nic Manns hillclimb car which is powered by a turbo-charged 1700cc BDA putting out 400bhp.The turbo is kept spinning by a turbine off a helicopter so there is no lag at all and it sounds like a freaking jet.

V8ian Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 I remember the Old Morris Minor, and I thought that was radical at the time, One very clever man, he has allways had the ability to "think outside the box" and has come up with some novel soloutions to his problems, As its ford powered, what about sending out an Invite to run as a guest at the OSFDC, especially as he is an old Drag Racer, and the old Morris was twice the "Fastest street car" I think ran Mid 10s
