Jimbob-Squarepants © Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 I remember seeing that on the cover of Classic Car Weekly some years ago. It is as good as it looks, & if I remember, it is all original. It is a shame about all the bolt on goddies nailed to the bodywork though!!!
Capripete Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 Whats all the crap stuck all over it? Silly money.

capriaddict Posted January 20, 2007 Report Posted January 20, 2007 I remember seeing that on the cover of Classic Car Weekly some years ago. It is as good as it looks, & if I remember, it is all original. It is a shame about all the bolt on goddies nailed to the bodywork though!!! I remember it to, but it still isnt worth that much surely. I'd say about 5/6k and then you'd have to remove all the added aftermarket tat to make it a nice original motor .
lotusless Posted January 20, 2007 Report Posted January 20, 2007 HOW MUCH!!!!!!!!! jesus h christ. next there will be marinas for 5k.
rscapriman Posted January 20, 2007 Report Posted January 20, 2007 Hi guys, can someone please post some pics up of it as my computor is giving me some right grief got the details but no pics. many thanks RScapriman.
Rude Dog Posted January 20, 2007 Report Posted January 20, 2007 Original or not its well over the top and surely all the Halfords tat bolted on to it should reduce its price because with all that crap on it its no longer original. And once you've removed the crap and rpaired it its again no longer original. Rip off Britain at its finest yet again
capri302 Posted January 20, 2007 Report Posted January 20, 2007 I would have thought that all that extra crap stuck all over it would bring it down in price I think he is what is known as a "money grabbing b%*&$/d"
Jelly Posted January 20, 2007 Report Posted January 20, 2007 mmmmmmmm Johnny how does poo on toast taste for breakfast Remember kids: Always brush your teeth AFTER breakfast!
MightySprocket Posted January 20, 2007 Report Posted January 20, 2007 HOW MUCH!!!!!!!!! jesus h christ. next there will be marinas for 5k. lmao are there any marina's left? if there is one it might be worth £5k as there can't be many, who'd want to save one?
RUSTYPUP Posted January 20, 2007 Report Posted January 20, 2007 Early 2 door marina coupe is quite a cool shape. Join an orderly queue to shhot me down if you would please.
johnny_h Posted January 20, 2007 Report Posted January 20, 2007 Early 2 door marina coupe is quite a cool shape. Join an orderly queue to shhot me down if you would please. you and your crazy ideas!
RUSTYPUP Posted January 20, 2007 Report Posted January 20, 2007 Well it doesn't look like a Charger but I still reckon it has potential. If I were a skint teenager............. reckon it would be a better bet than an expensive Ford. Oh dear... Think they'll stone me at dawn
peranapete Posted January 20, 2007 Report Posted January 20, 2007 Hello, tihs car is being Auctioned at the H&H Classic car auctions at the Cheltenham Race Course next month, If any of you know H&H are propbably one of the most expensive auctions to buy a car at, everything in there is normally given a over the top price guide. Last weekend at Coys Auction NEC in Birmingham they had a nice RS3100 Sebring Red which sold for £11K. How do H&H work out that a 3000E should fetch more. Nice, but not that nice !!!!!!
rscapriman Posted January 21, 2007 Report Posted January 21, 2007 Ah, my bloody computor has finally decided to show the pic, I think this car may well have spent some time in Wooton Under Edge Glos I heard of a car that fits this description that the small Ford dealership took in p/ex a few years ago I actually bought some new spares that were with the car. It is a bloody good base to start from but it has to be said thats a ridiculous figure. I haver heard recently of a 3000E of similar standard making either 8K or 9K but this was a one off ( or was it?) may be its time to put the RS2600 up for auction!!!! Cheers RScapriman.

Len, if you ever auction the car be sure to stick it in the H&H auction in the middle of the summer, they allways pull a great crowd and price!!!
