Tall paul Posted September 26, 2012 Report Posted September 26, 2012 Rolling road day, sounds good to me
w p e Posted September 26, 2012 Author Report Posted September 26, 2012 so whats the main gripe after a rolling road session?
PCOE Posted September 26, 2012 Report Posted September 26, 2012 Having to go back 3 times afterwards to get the car to run somewhere near right... And being told 'watch what I do( adjusting twin 40's)so you don't keep coming back' !!!! Excuses like ' the carbs aren't balanced'

Excuses like ' the carbs aren't balanced' Aint that the point of going to a rolling Road, to get the carbs setup, balanced and running right?.... sounds like whoever was doing it didnt have a clue. RE Rolling road day at WPE, anyone whos been down there will know about the space issues, but ill see what the moany old sod says when i see him....Luv ya really Grumps haha X
stuartp Posted September 27, 2012 Report Posted September 27, 2012 went once (to sanspeed in bexleyheath) the dude there knows his stuff got the exact horsepower result i was expecting so that was cool but i don't think the car ran any better for it and it was quite expensive for a bit of paper that told me what i kind of knew already i'd love to join in on a (cheaper) group day one though if it got organised
