Why dont you organsie a day down on your Rollers Grumps? we would have to move some bits around mind.... but its possible. could use mine n the old mans yard for a bit of parking etc. Could be a laugh.... :ykt:

Been before to the rollers at Boss Racing engines who built the engine years ago, and once more to a place in horsham who I didnt rate to be honest

 

and that was a few years ago, Once funds permit, it needs a dam good service, tune and set up :sad:

I never said there was nothing wrong, it goes like fook but now i got the car everyone asks the same Q how much power and i never had a car to take to a RR day.

I've been once... Not happy at all...cost a fortune....

After the third visit car still ran crap :(

They'll never see my car or money

AT their establishment again

 

A mate sorted it in the end.....

Having to go back 3 times afterwards to get the car to run somewhere near right...

And being told

 

'watch what I do( adjusting twin 40's)so you don't keep coming back' !!!!

 

Excuses like ' the carbs aren't balanced'

Aint that the point of going to a rolling Road, to get the carbs setup, balanced and running right?.... sounds like whoever was doing it didnt have a clue.

 

RE Rolling road day at WPE, anyone whos been down there will know about the space issues, but ill see what the moany old sod says when i see him....Luv ya really Grumps haha X

went once (to sanspeed in bexleyheath) the dude there knows his stuff

 

 

got the exact horsepower result i was expecting so that was cool but i don't think the car ran any better for it and it was quite expensive for a bit of paper that told me what i kind of knew already

 

 

i'd love to join in on a (cheaper) group day one though if it got organised
