OSF XMAS BASH - 14TH DEC. - WEYBRIDGE, SURREY

Well boys and girls .... we've now booked the following venue for our annual OSF Xmas Bash/OSFDC Trophy Awards evening ..... as mentioned previously, the old tired venue of The Greyhound near Crawley is unavailable and so we have tried to find a location close to the majority of previous OSF Bash attendees and close to the major road network.

 

We will be having a small buffet which will be supplied by the pub and paid for by OSF with funds raised from merchandise sales and we hope to see as many of you as possible.   An idea of numbers would be great so if you could do the usual list to give us some idea for the catering, that would be great:

We have hired The Parlour (see the details on the function section of the website above).

 

We would really love to see as many of you as possible to make it a great evening.

 

There is nearby accommodation at The Brooklands Hotel (which will probably be pricey) or within 2 miles at the more reasonably priced Inkeepers Lodge, Weybridge for those that want to stay over. http://www.innkeeperslodge.com/weybridge/?gclid=CK7qhqH85LkCFYfMtAodWRkAvQ   I will add to this list when I get time to look properly and I believe there is a Premier Inn at nearby Cobham (approx 5 miles).

Crouch Oak Inn, Addlestone, is about £50 a night. Ship and Oatlands hotel are in walking distance. I live in Weybridge and can give lifts locally for up to 7 people at a time, a good chance to meet people! Message me. Only one way! I will be walking home!
