Exhaust and carbs fitted.

Got to bleed the brakes, then oils and coolant and then a few interior items and loads of little bits n pieces.

 

 

 

Mot booked for sat. Fingers crossed.

No way the Cortina is going to make it, iI didn't pull my finger out and then I found more rust. Retro Rides Gathering is my new target.

 

Will be at the show in the wifes Micra......it gets worse, its an Auto!!

Quick question . This will be my first classic ford , I'm contemplating taking the escort but as I'm not on a stand does that mean I just have to leave it in the car park? If so I will come in the daily and look at everyone else's cars. Cheers

Technically yes it does but don't give up on it yet as we may have stand passes spare as there's always one or two who can't make it.

 

We do of course need the organisers to pull their finger out and send us the tickets and passes in the first place mind!

Previously Posse organised Classic Ford Show, but from what I recall they were never early getting the passes and tickets out.....but I don't recall them being this last minute and last year's Ford Fair passes came to me about 2 weeks before the show.

I was going to come in the Cortina but I crashed it a bit

 

Escort is looking rough (still saving up for all the rust to get sorted) and really doesn't like sitting in traffic but I'll be there in it

we are allready in england now ready for cfs yess its early but we like staying and camp here. we are enjoying our tour. did about a 600 miles sor without isues. will vissit santapod main event first.o

Mot passed this morning just got to tax it online.

 

Going to the Ashton's next week to tune it.

 

Then a good clean inside and out.
