Hello,

The trouble with most of the plates above, you will find that you will not be able to put them on a OSF. You have to buy a non age related plate, DVLA wont let you put say R5OSF on a 1970 Ford, they think you want to try and make the vehicle newer than it is. You can tell them thats not your intention but thats the law. To buy any decent plate non age related plate normally costs a bit more than £400/£500.

You got to be carefull when buying plates because you can come unstuck.

S9YKT (1998 onwards)

R5OSF (1997 onwards)

PO55EXX (2005 onwards)

M7OSF (1985 onwards)

There are some cheap non age related plates you can get, they are normally

with the letters I-L-X-Z from North of Ireland, but I think they look crap

I know all this because I have been trying to get a decent plate for my Perana Capri, I still have not registered it in the UK although its been hear a year, I got to try and find a plate first, and they are not cheap.

Anyone got any good ones?

Hope this helps :D:D
