my name is Christian (soansey)

i thought it was about time I joined so I can talk with like minded people about my Mk1 escort restoration I am part way through. All my friends including my wife are bored to tears with me keep going on about rust and expensive parts I have just ordered!

building this mk1 is a childhood dream for me as I have been lusting after one since I was a nipper watching all the boy racers racing around our little town.

Thanks guys, it’s nice to know that ford scene is alive down here in the south west.

i think I will get my build so far going in the restoration section as have lots of photos, she’s looking a little naked at the moment as this is a bare bones job!!
