Whatever it is it’s an early loom, the square oblong bock goes onto the bottom of a reg box. Rb340 which is the regulator for a dynamo.

the red dual bulkead plugs with one being red, were used on Capris, but may not be limited to just that, as i bought a couple of capri looms for parts (connectors) with the dual plug one red
