which co can stamp a new vin chassis plates out has i want a new one or is worth getting the stamping letters and do it my self.....cheers

couldnt find tags plate in Google....so ill have a hunt in the cf mags

for what it costs to pay someone else you can buy a kit to do your own

 

im gonna buy a kit off ebay to do mine, il sell it you when im done if you want

my m8 has just brought a set from ebay to do his beetle but the letters look alot bigger from the original ...maybe i should stamp a bit of metal and see what the difference of size is ,if not any good ill let you know

make sure when you stamp them you're on a decent surface - a good piece of hardwood, softwood buckles the plate if you tw*t it too hard.

 

Machine mart do a selection of stamps but don't know how close to the factory lettering they are.

 

We need someone on here with a CNC engraver...
