  1. Hi all. I live in Pitt Meadows, B,C,, just outside Vancouver. I own a 1965 124E which I've had for 2 years now. Found it completely by accident, wasn't even looking for an Anglia. When I saw it I had to have it. It appears to be all original interior and I have all the paperwork from the original selling dealer in Victoria, B.C. I also own a 1963 Morgan 4/4 which I've owned for 50 years this year. Looks like I've got a bit of reading to do in all the forums. Cheers, Dave.

  2. Very few 105E's, a few Cortinas, even fewer 100E's. Most have rotted away over the years.

  5. !!!!!Breaking News!!!!! I can now publicly announce we have been invited to take part in the 1960’s Gala at the South Devon Railway on the Sunday. We have been asked to form a diorama type display, showing off the best of the 60’s. As we all know, 1968 saw the Birth of the Mk1 Escort and it would be great to make a 50th display for this. Also Alan Mann racing, rally wins, Anglias and Corsairs. The event will take place on the Grounds out side Buckfastleigh Station. There will also be live bands, Beer tent, kids attractions and of course the railway it’s self. As a thank you for taking part, included in the cost you will be given free train travel on or after 3pm. As the Gala is on all weekend we have also been invited down to watch the live bands and partake in liquid refreshments Friday and Saturday evenings. As with Goodwood Revival, fancy dress is highly encouraged and prizes will be handed out to those who wish to take part. For those of us with 70’s model cars ie Mk2 escorts you are still welcome to take part in the day, perhaps making a looking into the future Stand. Us attending the Gala on Sunday has no extra cost to ticket prices and provides another family day out for those who wish to take part. More details to come from the railway but here is a link http://southdevonrailway.co.uk/ticket-to-ride
