  3. hi Guys I'm in need of the Alternator mounting bracket and adjuster arm for a 1300gt 711 block crossflow, this is the small cast one that bolts at the bottom front of the block with 2 bolts, not the big triangle thing used on the mex or the rubber mounted 2 piece one, it may well also be used on other crossflow cars other than mk1, this pic shows it in the bottom left with the 2 alternator bolts poking out, and also need the adjusting strap for the top if anyone has one up for grabs, please pm me

  21. Hi Stu engine bay loom is definitely not a mex one, although as Mexican Gerbil says, if your not bothered about it being correct, you can make it work, front to rear, operates back lights, reversing lights and fuel tank sender, you would need to tape them back up and put them in tha car to see if the wires still reach, they can be extended, then appropriate bullet and spade terminals fitted, the under dash one would need looking at I real time, compare what it runs as to what its supposed to and identify everything before saying if it needs anything etc
  22. and if it was a mex engine bay loom @ £250, you should have bought it, used its worth £5-600, maybe even more, and if NOS I would hate to even think, never chop a mex loom just for connectors
  23. is that the Yorkshire term for hair piece (wig) Colin
  24. there are 5 basic looms on a mex, then the add on looms basic are front to rear, dash, engine bay and the 2 headlamp looms add ons are heated rear screen, hazard lights & spot lights you need to be more specific what you need Stu
