by the way, just reread my post, its vinyl seats, not leather. I could not find any specific details about make and model. I still do not know if Deluxe came in this color combination only.
-
about the same , not cheap. In 10 years it might be worth asking 1K more. I try to find some more information about this car. Service manual and all that came with it is still there after 54 years. See if it is a genuine Deluxe model. Dont know if they had red ( vinyl or leather ) interrior, and white body color. Owner said today he had the engine running, did it with starter spray to avoid risk dirt from fuel system. Car had been stored for some years .

so that might be like the one in the picture i've shown. That is a 1929 build. but 500cc.
-
I have never seen a flat front rs2000 in western europe, something new to me
-
looks like a stationary engine. Bit of image googly done. came up with this; 500cc j.a.p build 1929. You have something very old for sure.
-
ok, lets shut up then. keep looking the other way i'm done with it

it has to do with their ideology not believing. Islam its not a relegion. It is an ideology. Our gov's let this happen for a cause we just can speculate on. It is nothing new, it has begun decades ago. But the final stages have been reached. EU is rotten to the bone, UK is too doesnt matter you left EU. Damage has been done. Has to do with larger picture. Economies always have been governed by capitalists by a great deal, not the voter from the lower social class, the main population of us. Many things going on are hardly of any democratic value. See latest Oekraine agreement. First say no, then yes. People voted against, they just been neglected. You may think what you want about my comment, but this in my view, looks like a remake of a "third reich" What has not been succeeded 70 years ago, emerges in different disguise again. There has been covenants or agreements made wich are been fouled many times by EU member and other countries. Heading closer towards Russian border, dont you see?? Russia has always been provoked many years, can be part of the game, or like i said continue what could not be finished '40-'45 Federal states of europe is same as 3rd reich. And what's the part of united states of amerca in this? Its a long rant i know, but it makes me angry us working people can eat the shit the establishment produces. They all are infected. People are just to busy playing with their damn cellphones, eat garbage and watch tv. Well thats good, create a ignorant selfish " lazy " population, make them dependent and there you are; broken will to fight. anyway, it all has to do with a vast global plan to create something we do not know details about, been lied to us so many times, and importing the terror onto our homeland our soil. Wish the peoples family and friends, all strenght for their losses. r.i.p

Colr6 is a racer at heart , got high octane running thru his veins, on the edge against Polly, Christie, Collard and Lee keep your bonnet closed, nobody knows.

i understand Ray's comment, but like a superspeed Escort from the 1970's, would also not be considered as OSF then. Forum would rather be gettin boring with all purist's ,

Bugger! Poorly CWP, anyone got a 3:54:1 diff or CWP?
guido replied to Vista's topic in OLD SKOOL FORD CHAT
what i am trying to tell, it all comes together with the force applied ( torque ) to the halfshafts, no matter what tire size. Because in normal driving conditions you would release clutch with slip. Not spinning the tires every time I can drive perfectly with a 200 hp on these halfshafts, with 235 wide tire, as long as i be gentle with drive away. ( driving style ) Thats my point. -

guido replied to Vista's topic in OLD SKOOL FORD CHAT
has nothing to do with tire width, has to do with force applied. I can snap halfshafts with 175 wide tires. Its about the torque, clutch type and driving style. 9" Ford is way to heavy and clonky under there. Atlas axle, or other brand of car rear axle. Have read about using Volvo 240 Just don not hammer it every time, goes a long way -
calling one eccentric is no insult. in fact i wouldnt care bout what others think

Adding other 80's Fords to Old Skool Ford, please vote
guido replied to Vista's topic in UNREGISTERED
i can understand what danish said, i had a funny feeling myself entering a forum with a Fiesta Mk2 in the beginning. But where draw the line opinions differ. \ You probably lose the soul or spirit of an original 70-80íes car Forum, as it will blend to much into mixed classic, semi classic, youngtimer whatever car forum. -
Exhaust manifold heat wraps, any good?
guido replied to stephens_xpack's topic in OLD SKOOL FORD CHAT
pro's; higher exhaust flow speed, lower under bonnet temperature. cons; heating-cooling down traps condens between manif. and wraps. Manifold gets hotter under wraps, wich affects materials physical properties. That's what makes mild steel exhaust manifolds deteriorate faster. not sure about how far capturing heat inside ex.maif., affects a cylinderhead. I would make sure, to have sufficient cooling trough it. -
if i remember correctly, the ohc pinto weighs 120kg. or about 265 lbs. So the Rover is a good choice. It cost some money to get them make power, but look were Steve Green's Cortina got with his developement, and Ian Hempstead's Rover powered Escort if you wanna go the full monty with this,
