Well thats got me confused. Are you 100% sure your mate doesn't mean an RS1600i? If its and RS1600i, then its quite a rare and a pretty desirable model. Have a look on the RS owners club website or Alcoholics Anonymous (as this forum is for the older generation of fords), you should be able to find all the info you need on those sites. Sorry I can't be more of a help but I hope thats enogh to get you started.

How would you describe the old skool ford comunitiy? I recently got into a bit of an argument on another forum when one of the members asked for suggestions on a new car, wich he hinted was to be rear wheel drive, so me being me, I suggested a mk2 escort (as you do), only to get a load of replies about ho they were boring and "scene taxed"(?) to death and boring and unoriginal!I simply told them the reason why there are similar mods is cause they work, (lowering blocks, minilights etc). And if it ain't broke, don't fix it. So what are you opinions? Are we a part of a scene? Or are we just people who enjoy old ford and like to modifiy them in a tried and proven method? Oh and most of the people on there drive Vw's, scene if there ever was one, sorry if I'm ranting a little, but I know what scene (and I hate that word) I'd rather be in. What you opinion folks?
